How to get the FASTPASS

There are 2 ways to get the passes:

1. At distribution kiosk in front of our restaurants.
2. Fill out the form on this page

You will receive text confirmation and a link to FATPASS ticket with a range of return time.

How to use FASTPASS

Come back to wait in FASTPASS RETURN line within the return time you received.

Our host will be happy to call you in as soon as table is available for your party size.

Single Diners

Single Diner is a service that allows groups to split up and embark on Thai food journey individually. Our host can direct you to the designated queue, where your party will be separated to fill remaining seats that aren’t occupied by Guests utilizing FASTPASS and stand-by lines.

Immediate seating or choice of seat is not guaranteed.
Special seating requests may not be accommodated.
Wait times may vary.
You will be participating in the main party’s meal and pay in percentage of the bill. Food is served family style.
This service is subject to availability.

How much does FASTPASS cost?

FREE! We will never charge you for using this awesome passes.

I’m here at Tustin location, can I get FASTPASS for Irvine location?

You can get passes online by submitting your information on this page. Please note, you can only submit if you don’t have an active pass on hand. BTW, Irvine Spectrum location is not open yet

How to cancel FASTPASS?

Please contact our host to cancel.

What if I don’t want to get FASTPASS?

Stand-by line is available. Please see sign in front of restaurant.

If I joined Singler Diners line, can I choose which party to join with?

No, you will be assigned to seat with first party that becomes available. Please let us know if you have allergies or dining restrictions.

Do you take reservations?

No. We only do FASTPASS now.

Can I join Yelp waitlist?

No. Yelp waitlist is discontinued as we believe FASTPASS service is far superior.
